描述Thermo Scientific™ DreamTaq™ Hot Start DNA Polymerase is an enhanced hot start Taq DNA polymerase that enables higher PCR specificity, sensitivity, and yields compared to conventional hot start Taq DNA polymerases.DreamTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase employs antibody-based inhibition of DNA polymerase activity at ambient temperatures to prevent the amplification of non-specific products prior to the amplification step. With DreamTaq Hot Start DNA Polymerase, reactions can be set up at room temperature using the same protocol and cycling conditions as conventional Taq DNA polymerases. The enzyme is supplied with an optimized 10X DreamTaq buffer containing magnesium chloride, which eliminates the need for extensive optimization of reaction conditions.
